Thank you for choosing Xinlinda products. To safeguard your legitimate rights and interests and enable you to better enjoy the services provided by Xinlinda, please read the following content carefully:

1. All Xinlinda series products are marked with the production date of manufacture. Please keep the labels intact. Tearing or damaging them is not covered by the warranty of New Linda Company.

2. For all Xinlinda series products purchased, within three months from the date of purchase, if quality problems occur under normal usage conditions, our company can replace them with the same model for free.

3. For all Xinlinda series products purchased, free repair or maintenance is available within one year from the date of purchase. However, in case of physical damage or other damage caused by improper use, charges may be applied as appropriate. Products over one year old will be charged for repair as appropriate based on the actual situation.

4. Our company is only responsible for the quality of the products sold. Our quality responsibility is limited to the repair, replacement or maintenance of the products themselves.


Please read the following precautions carefully before using the cylinder!

1.Please use the cylinder when there is pressure (above 0.01MPa). When there is no pressure, do not perform pulling, rotating or other actions on the piston rod to prevent the diaphragm between the piston and the cylinder wall from getting stuck.

2. When using the cylinder, please do not subject the piston rod to lateral force or uneven force.

3. During the installation or inspection of the cylinder, please ensure that the piston rod of the cylinder block points upwards to prevent the diaphragm between the piston and the cylinder wall from getting stuck.

4. When installing the cylinder, an external brake or reinforced baffle should be added to prevent the piston rod from impacting the cylinder wall during movement and causing damage to the cylinder body.

5. A pressure reducing valve and a filtering device must be installed at the front end of the cylinder. A high-quality air source can ensure the normal operation of the cylinder and extend its service life.

6. This cylinder does not require lubricating oil injection, and there is no need to install an oil supply device in the piping system. 7. The shell of the cylinder is made of high-strength aluminum alloy. Please do not tighten the bolts at the connection ports too much.

Note: Due to the differences in equipment and working environments, customers who are using cylinders for the first time or need design and selection are requested to contact our technical department.
